About this coffee
Named after the red rattlesnake (cascavel in Portuguese), this exceptional Brazilian coffee honors the creature found in the region's coffee fields, where it hunts rodents around the coffee tree roots to protect the ecosystem.
Grown at 1,110 meters, the cherries ripen slowly under a sharp swing between intense daytime sun and cool mountain nights, giving the fruit time to giving the fruit time to sweeten naturally.
Hand-harvested on small family farms and turned by hand every hour under the sun, this traditional process lets the beans absorb natural richness.
The result is a profile with real depth, featuring notes of chocolate, caramel, caramelized yellow fruits and a distinct hazelnut finish.

Returns
Unopened bags can be returned in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery (return shipping costs are covered by the buyer). Please contact us first at contact@95moons.co so we can assist you with the process.
Opened a bag? Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept physical returns of opened coffee. However, we want your coffee ritual to be perfect. If you brew your first cup and find that you genuinely don't like the taste, reach out within 14 days of delivery. We will help you tweak your brewing recipe or arrange a one-time refund or exchange.
