1. Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original unopened packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Opened coffee bags cannot be returned for food safety and hygiene reasons. Only unopened, sealed bags in their original packaging are eligible for return.
3. How to Start a Return
Please contact us at contact@95moons.co and we will guide you through the process. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as we will not be able to process the return.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Opened coffee bags cannot be returned for food safety reasons. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at contact@95moons.co.
7. EU Customers
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unopened and in its original packaging.
